WebCRM is a service created for web developers, to manage all aspects of their workflow and interaction with clients. The service was created as my final year dissertation project at Newcastle University.
The aim was to create a system allowing web developers and designers to manage their projects and the relationships with their clients, in addition to many other features, including:
- Issue Tracking
- Invoice Management
- Internal Messaging
